Errors & troubleshooting

Main brush error

The robot stops or reports the main brush is stuck. Hair or debris is likely wrapped around the roller.

Error 11

Wheel error — the robot may be stuck. One of the wheels is blocked, preventing the robot from navigating.

Error 12

Robot cannot start or the wheel is stuck. The main brush or wheels may be jammed.

Mop pad error

The mop pad is not attached or detected. The pad may be missing or mis-installed.

Self-empty failed

The dock failed to empty the dustbin. The dust bag may be full or the dock suction blocked.

Lidar / navigation error

The robot cannot build a map or is lost. The lidar tower may be blocked or dirty.

Dust bag full

The dock dust bag is full and needs replacement.

Battery cannot charge

The robot does not charge on the dock. Charging contacts or the battery may be faulty.
